Snoring causes insomnia too..

Recently, i've been put to bed with my 10 year old brother..he is a heavy snorer while im really bothered..sometimes he reduce me to tears.coz I CAN'T SLEEP!!! i tried all the ways to make him stop like pressing his nose, blocking his nostrils, put a pillow on top of his chubby face or even side kicked him..all these efforts are just wasting another minute of my sleep.nevertheless, i just couldn't bother more.and rest of the times i justcount sheeps..so i was detered to make a discovery on my own; to find out what SNORING is all about...
well, i've encyclopedia-ed, and guess what snoring can be caused by lots of shits man..and i can't be listing them all, just the one probably my brother is facing which is FATS gathering in and around the throat(HAHAHA),which somehow blocks the passage to smooth flowing of air in the mouth and nose...i don see you've even got a neck my brother,the truth may be unpleasant but just helpless to say that my brother is quite plump if you would excuse me. but thats not the issue here..i am FAT too!!

ok, enough to be told. the facts speak for themselves better.
1)Alcohol makes snoring worse but i'm lucky that i do not have to go through it..
2)Obessed or overweight ppl tends to snore more but i'm an average size ppl:)
3)Sleeping on the back increase the chance of snoring..that is why in Burning Flame 3, the first aiders always turn injured ppl around to rest sideways, to improve air flow..:) watch more tvb peeps.
4)Older ppl and smokers are twice as likely to snore.or maybe older smokers..check that out Patrick.lol

yes, so practically tonight i'm gonna blog about my recent health..which seems to deteriorate like..fucking lot? i realized that Hey, i got a real big ass stomach now?? all thanks to Heineken, Carlsberg, and Guinness Stout (ma fav)...thats so fugly.. and ya, i'm having serious imsomnia these days.. i went to bed at 3, and starry starry eyes only goes to dream at 7? the 4 hrs in between is kinda like doing all i can. eg. counting sheeps, dreaming about getting rich, driving my dream car?, figuring out how my future wife looks like, and all sorts of stupid thinkings.. but i was really determined to sleep.i even slapped myself, but unfortunately it doesnt work at all.. so there goes my bedtime while reminding myself that i need to wake up early the day after...

by the way, the main reason i'm blogging now is that i need to print out my notes for finals revision. im so not free.. actually i should be sleeping by now coz i was really tired..but imsomnia strikes when midnight approaches.. SIGH, GOD IS SO THOUGHTFUL, THE WORLD IS SO BEAUTIIFUL.. in conclusion, i just wanna sleep.pls?

ok..so the day i long for has arrived..its the day i can be really relaxed and just enjoy the festive mood..its still very clear in my mind what i thought on this friday..i was thinkin "ok, time will really fly and sunday is here in no time"..and zooopp! here i am..haha..crap..anyway, i'll not be in Malaysia for awhile till 27th i think?? hope my 25o sing Dollar and my dad's contribution will do me sth good..perhaps a pair cool kicks and some other stuff?? anyway, its 2.41 for the exchange rate..fucking eat my liver la..malaysian gov. no use... limbeh's hard earned money u know ar? till then i'll post some nice pic of me in the lion city..adios..

So, exams over, job coming to an end and the festive summer is not to be missed..i'm so in the mood ya' all!!! :) but life still dead.. :( i always thought after exams i'll be fucking busy with stuff like going out alot,, manyak manyak plans and no time to stay at home.. but wtf, im soooo the opposite now.. but time will pass, days still come, coz tomorrow tomorrow and tomorrow my sorrow will not be borrowed, everything will start again at zero and i'm actually a zorro?? hero??..no i'm a zero :)
sorry for the crap..my life ain't that happening , so ..hmmmmph, ya.. i just hope that christmas will arrive so fcking soon so that i can do shopping..i seriously need a new wardrobe and since im getting paid quite handsomely so why not spending? . .and i'm gonna do that in the lion city.. 23rd dec, S'pore here i come.. kiasus pls don't grab everything..leave some for malaysians like me..lol..
